After wearing my Charge 2 to bed Monday night, I opened the IOS Fitbit app Tuesday morning to check my sleep info. There was complete info there for that night with sleep stages and a score, etc. Then, after sleeping Tuesday night, opening app this (Wednesday) morning, that data is gone and I had simplified sleep info from Monday/Tuesday. Tuesday's sleep data was fine and in full form, but the Monday/Tuesday data was gone. I even had to modify my wake up time in the simplified data that was showing up.
I do have two Fitbits. I sleep with and often wear the Charge 2. Tuesday during the day, though, I wore my Versa. Is there some way that the app got befuddled with the two devices? I don't understand how it lost data it had, though, because I clearly saw it Tuesday morning.

Hello @terri24601
its just a theory but I’ve read that lots of people are missing Wednesday information in one way or another. (Sleep for some, steps for some, etc) Yesterday, just after midnight Tuesday night until about 10am Wednesday Fitbit had a large Outage effecting everyone. You may have noticed it yesterday morning if you tried chatting in your Challenges your chat would disappear. But in spite of the large outage there were parts of the Fitbit App that we’re working. I believe this large outage cause lots of people to be missing a chunk of information. (Me included) But since it was in Outage maybe it will eventually load up or be lost forever since the outage can’t reproduce your information. Again it’s a theory but even my personal Fitbit Friends are missing a chunk of Wednesday. Maybe this could be the solution to your question.
