Sleep tile not showing up on the Dashboard

Hi everyone. I have a fitbit flex and the sleep info and icon have disappeared. Not visible on my phone or laptop. Can anyone advise me on how to reinstate it. I'm a lousy sleeper and I like to know just how bad each night is! :)))

Hi there @aine58. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're not being able to see the sleep tile on your dashboard.

Now, sometimes, you might delete a specific tile by mistake. To bring it back, the only thing you need to do is to to go to the bottom of the dashboard where you will find a button saying "Edit". Tap on it and an hidden tile will show up and you just need to tap on the check mark to enable it and then, hit save.

If this doesn't work, it could be that your tracker is unpaired, so, you will just need to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and all tiles should be visible.

Let me know how it goes!

PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS App board for categorization purposes.
