Hi there @TammyQuack, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder if you can share a screenshot or more details of this issue? It would be better to have a closer look to report the issue to our development team if this is a bug, otherwise I'm sure we can find an alternative solution.
Have you tried to manually log your sleep for that day? As long as you were wearing your tracker while you were in bed, you can always manually log a night's sleep.
You can do this by going to your Sleep tile > in the Plus icon located in the right upper corner of the screen you can log your sleep time. If the manual entry is able to recognized your sleep patterns; then it was a glitch that caused your sleep did not appear on your app. If the sleep log does not seem correct most likely your tracker did not sense you were sleeping.
For either of both scenarios we can try other solutions, but I would like to know more, before I can recommend anything else.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be here if you have more questions.
