Hi @Jamesdds,
I can definitely help you out! I'd recommend:
1. Restarting your tracker.
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help, but keep me posted. Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Is there a way to show hour marks in the sleep tracker graph. Would be very useful in accurate tracking of sleep. If not, maybe a future update.

Hello @Tri-man, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board, @Jamesdds, I hope you're having a great day.
@Jamesdds, thanks for taking the time to update us, I'm very glad your issue has been resolved.
@Tri-man, currently, it's not possible to show individual hour marks in the sleep graph, you can only set a sleep goal and the graph will show if you reach that goal or not. I think having hourly markers is a terrific idea and I would like to encourage you to submit your insight as a suggested idea where members of the Community can vote for it and add their comments about it. This is the best way to make your voice heard.
In case you need anything else, please feel free to reply, I'll be happy to help.
