Are you saying that the steps etc are missing for the last few days or that all 3 years' worth have gone?

(just trying to understand whether it's a problem with syncing or with your account)

Seeing the calories is ok suggests the former as your BMR calories will show on your dashboard even when your fitbit can't sync.

Assuming it is a problem with syncing then try a restart using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work. If it's still a problem after that then there are some more suggestions here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866

If my assumption is wronf and it's all your data that's been lost then you should contact customer support via this link: contact.fitbit.com

Hello @Mcphit, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. Thanks for your insight @SteveH, I really appreciate it.

@Mcphit, are you only able to see the calories tile in the app? Is this the first time this issue has happened? Are you still able to see information from previous days? I would like to ask you for a screenshot of your Dashboard so I can check this further. Also, as @SteveH mentioned, it's a great idea to restart your tracker, this will remove any but that might be affecting its funcionality.

Additionally, please tap on the Account tab at the bottom and check if your tracker is listed under your name. If it's not listed, this might explain why the other tiles are not appearing. If that's the case, let's try setting up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Please give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
