Sleep / wake times

My watch has the correct time, but my sleep / wake times have changed and are about 5 hrs difference. Instead of showing 11pm for instance, it shows I went to sleep at 4 am! This all changed when we arrived in a different country on vacation. Can’t find a place to correct it, and it has been consistently wrong for a week now.

Hi @JBQ23 !  Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Thank you so much for sharing the details about the issues with your sleep schedule.

Since you have been in another country on vacation, I ask that you verify both in your app and in your mobile settings that the time zone is correct.

To check in your Fitbit app, please follow these steps. You can also try manually selecting the time zone to see if there are any changes:

  1. Go to your mobile app.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Swipe to "App Settings"
  4. Tap “date, hour and units”
  5. Choose "time zone"
  6. Turn off "Automatic time zone"
  7. Under "Select time zone" look for your country's time zone.
  8. Sync your watch and the app.

My mobile app and my devices all have the correct time. I unchecked automatic and set the time zone manually. Then synced. No change in the sleep data! Any more ideas?
Thanks!
