Hello,

Am I able to set up google wallet on the Fitbit app if I have an iPhone? Apparently I’m able to according to Fitbit but I’m having troubles. When I get through trying to set it up it says that my card if now saved to google wallet but I’m unable to use it and I need to contact my bank.

What can I do? Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @ryanhm_2008 and welcome to the forums. 

I appreciate your message a lot, and I'm sorry to hear about this situation regarding the addition of your card in the Google Wallet. 

You should be able to use the Google Wallet with an iOS, since all the procedure is performed via the Fitbit app. Do I need to install the Google Wallet app on my phone?

Please confirm if your bank and card work with Google Wallet on your Fitbit device: Supported payment methods on Fitbit.

Hi @ryanhm_2008   Some users have had problems because their bank sees these first attempts as being fraudulent.  Try contacting your bank.  I might be wrong, because these posts were in Fitbit Pay, not Google Wallet for Fitbit.  Please be very specific that this is a Google Wallet for Fitbit issue.
