Sleepi data incorrect on app dashboard

Hi! I've been having problems with my sleep data showing up on the iPhone app dashboard. Sometimes the data doesn't show up at all until the next day when I sync with my Charge HR. Today the dashboard show today's sleep data for all the previous days. The data is correct when I click on the detail and it also shows up correctly on the online dashboard. How can I get the app to show the same dashboard sleep data as the online dashboard?

I don't know it it's relevant but I'm syncing 2 fitbits, an Alta and a Charge HR but I use the Charge HR for sleeping.

Hi @haphaz

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Tap the sleep tile on your Fitbit app dashboard to see your sleep history and tap any particular day to see details. Choose your device below for step-by-step instructions. On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the sleep tile to view your recent sleep data. Be sure to sync your tracker each morning to see last night's sleep stats.

Time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time awake or restless from the overall tracked time. For example, if you slept eight hours, but woke up two times for 15 minutes each, the time asleep will show 7 hr 30 min. Your sleep quality is based on whether you were asleep, restless, or fully awake.

  1. Tap a particular day to see your sleep graph and sleep quality information.
  2. Tap the expander arrow in the top right to see more detailed data for a specific period of time. On the 1d view, you can drag your finger across the bar, and see the precise times that you were asleep, awake, and restless.
  3. Tap the expander arrow in the top right to return to your sleep summary.

Hope that helps!
