I have the same problem.  It is now April 7.  I waited to report as this type of issue is usually corrected within a few days.  What is happening?

Good question. Fitbit Moderators? Any update re the fix! Shouldn’t take too long because it clearly must be a very similar fix to the same loss of SHR data which occurred Aug/Sep 2020. Or is our problem not on the priority list for fixes? It took over a month last time. Why are the same Premium subscribers involved in the repeat problem? Thinking to leave Fitbit due to the repetition of the same tech issues without a rapid response/fix.

This started up again with their latest hot fix, I believe. 3.40.1. Which was pushed this week. Hoping they get this corrected soon!

There hasn’t been an iOS update. However, Fitbit pushes weekly updates ... hot fixes (which is basically a way of saying they’re correcting any bugs... not pushing major feature changes or anything... just correcting ongoing bugs). Their latest push was pushed within the past week. Version 3.40.1.

My fiancé and I are having the same issue. Any way to report it to Fitbit other than these forums?

Hi, mine has gone out with Versa 2 on iOS 14.4.2 and iPhone SE. this has been out about three days now.

I finally bit the bullet and signed up for a year of Premium this weekend, specifically for the extra sleep data.

Only to find that, yeah, it doesn’t work, and is an issue that’s been ongoing for months.

Contacted Support before realizing it’s a widespread issue and was told they’re working on a fix. But it appears people have been experiencing this problem consistently for a long time. Ugh.

Same here. Since March 10, 2021. $300.00 wasted.

@apfel3439 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

It's odd that the data is showing on other places but not under sleeping heart rate. I'd like you to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit it and log back in.

If you're still experiencing the same, let me know the phone model and OS installed.

Hope this helps.

Wilson: I appreciate you joining this thread from time to time to assure us that your team is working on this. Although some of us, including me, were affected in April, others have reported the same problem -- blank Sleeping Heart Rate graph -- as far as back as March 10. So, it's been nearly a month with no fix. Do you have any estimate about when this will be fixed? The same thing occurred early last fall. It took more than a month, maybe even two months, for Fitbit to come up with a fix. Dianne

This is so disappointing. I just received an email with Fitbit bragging about a new feature you can track in Premium - it should be a priority to fix what is broken before you add another feature... at least that is what I would think.

I had the same reaction. Fix what is broke, before bragging about new features!  Dianne

Agreed - unless a credit is being offered for our ‘down’ months.

I'm having the same problem. Until yesterday, there was a nice graph of sleeping heart rate under restoration. Now this graph is blank and for all previous days also, although it was there before. The app still gives an analysis of the data because it states the % above and below resting heart rate. I liked this graph and found it very helpful so I'd like it to be restored. I have logged in and out of the app several times and logged out and switched off my iPhone before logging back in. I don't think is anything I have done, perhaps an update that has been pushed out?
