Please can someone tell me why my heart rate graph has suddenly gone blank and not showing on the premium service

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend updating your Fitbit app to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as some users found this helpful.

many thanks for your reply, I did have the most up to date Fitbit app and the graph still wasn’t showing however I deleted the app and reinstalled it as you requested and the graph is now back. Thank you so much 😊
