So over it syncing and other things

I have to pair my surge multiple times to my phone in order for it to sync. Each time I pray to the sync gods that it will work. On top of that my battery only last a day, my backlight doesn't work. I do t have messages or call notifications running. I don't have on the sync all day (obviously) the only thing that is auto is my heart rate. It's getting old. Ready to ditch the "bit".

Let me help you out, I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row make sure to follow the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared. In regards of the issue that you're experiencing with the battery I recommend contacting the Support Team so they can review your device history and tell you the options.
