My app says there is a software update but I WILL NOT update any app until I read what the updates are. (Fitbit owned by google)  However when I attempt to click on the update to read it, it says the page isn’t found. Where can I go to read what these updates include?

I'm afraid Fitbit don't tend to be very informative with their updates. The best they offer for app update information is in this help article:
