Some data not syncing after latest update

I usually sync my Alta to my phone every few days. In the past, all the data since the last time I synced it would show up. Since the last update, the only data that shows up is the current day. Is there a way to make it so I can still sync every few days and get all of my data? I don't leave my bluetooth on all the time since it drains my phone battery so my Alta doesn't sync automatically. I don't want to keep losing data and rarely remember to sync daily. Missing the old version that kept the data in memory until it was sync.

As a workaround, have you considered using Fitbit Connect? Then you could sync your Alta to your computer and save your phone battery.

Hi there @alikat921, welcome aboard to our Community. I wonder how it goes this issue since the last time you posted? Were you able to try the great workaround of @ashley_h?

 

A different suggestion you can try is to set up your tracker as a new device on your existing account:

 

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

After this your tracker should sync normally. In case you need additional help to sync your tracker, take a look at this post.
