Thanks for stopping by the Community, @gfricks. This is odd behavior. When you synced your Charge HR, were you already logged in to the app? Also, when you were asked to log in again and were unable to, what error message are you getting?
In the meantime, do you mind completely logging out of your account on your app and closing the app entirely? Let me know if this helps!

I recently received an email from Fitbit saying someone was trying to change the email address listed on my account. I replied back to fitbit telling them NOT to allow the change. My app updated and now someone else's email is listed and I can't get it to change. This is ridiculous and I am NOT happy with Fitbit right now. I want to fix this bit if it can not I will be going to find another fitness tracker and let everyone know what happened.

Thank You for your help! I got the email and fixed the problem. I love my fitbit and I didn't want to change.
