Hello Mohamed, it took me awhile to figure Sp02 too and now I finally have a reading/status. I went to apps in the Fitbit app and found Sp02 listed and needed an update. I did the update and after 3 days, I now have a status/reading in Health metrics. Sp02 only tracks and reports when you sleep. I hope this helps.
