Start of the week is wrong in Exercise tile

Imagine my disappointment with Fitbit that I have been using since 2016!

other than not being able to rename exercises as easily as we could straight from the app(no, I’m NOT gonna do the suggested rigamarole I’ve seen in this forum when it used to be a simple few clicks)

my other chief complaint is the absence of the individual heart rate graph for each exercise something I found incredibly useful to track my cycling, rebounding or brisk walks (yes it’s nice to know just what part of your exercise you exerted what).

now for exhibit 3

I have in my settings that my week starts on Monday and not Sunday

when I go into the exercise portion of the app it corroborates

when I open the face of the app it’s now Sunday to Saturday

Google: you’ve killed Fitbit

I wish they adhered to the adage when something ain’t broke fix it

and had enough humility to realize that changing the functionality of something that your paid subscribers no longer want ought to be enough impetus to change it back

if you’re reading this, thank you

my topic is simply this comedic level of egregious errors in your program from something that I’ve spent a lot of money on, got at friends to invest in is no longer serving me.

there is no one to really complain to

no one listens

Hi there, @Gbernardwandel.

Thanks for the detailed information and screenshots provided. I understand where you're coming from and appreciate your thorough feedback regarding the Fitbit app, as well as your experience with it. We keep working to improve our services; and the comments we receive from our members are a big part of this process. Regarding your first two inquiries, let me explain our team is aware of those issues and my best advice is to subscribe to the following threads in order to receive updates:

About your other concern, let's try the following steps to refresh and get those settings corrected:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the gear or profile icon at the upper right corner
  2. Tap App Settings > Start Week On and select Sunday
  3. Then, force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  4. Go back to the App Settings and select Monday one more time
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check the Exercise tile

Hey @Gbernardwandel,

Do you not see any exercise details when you tap on your activity (i.e. Outdoor Bike)?

When I tap on one of my activities (e.g. Walk), I see pretty much the same data as I did before the "upgrade". But, there are problems with the data (e.g. seconds are no longer displayed on duration, pace calculation is incorrect, elevation gain is incorrect, etc). And, there is a 2-5 second delay for the graphics (map and heart rate chart) to render. Anyway, this is what I see ...
