When I try to pair my Fitbit, my iPhone can not find it. Has anyone had this problem, or have any suggestions to figure this out? TIA

How are you trying to pair it? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app rather than the phone's Bluetooth settings.

Welcome to our Community @Amanda1320! It's great to have you here! Man Very HappyI'd appreciate you first verify the following steps:

1. You're attempting to set up with a supported device

2. Your iOS software is updated to the latest version.
3. Bluetooth is enabled in iOS settings.
4. The tracker is not already paired to your account.

Once you have verified the requirements above please try the following steps:

1. Restart your tracker.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your iOS device.
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap "Join Fitbit,” and then proceed through the setup process.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes! Robot wink
