The totals displayed when expanding Step/Mileage or any other stat is incorrect. You have set it up to show what the daily average is for all categories - which is also incorrect data. This is very disheartening, I have walked almost 1,500 miles and lost 136 lbs since last February when I started tracking and counted on being able to celebrate when hitting the 1,500 mile mark, which I know was close but not exact mileage (the app kept me informed daily). Because of the issue with the application (which had been working previously) I do not know where I am at. The celebration also counted on surpassing 2.5 million steps - no clues where I am now. Very, very disappointed. Maybe an Apple watch would be the way to go from here on out - this really sucks. 😞

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you if you could please reply to me with screenshots of the Fitbit app detailing the information you're reporting so I can forward them to our team.
Once again, I'd like to thank you for your report, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I am including the miles and steps from the Iphone app - notice it is showing average daily only. The last screenshot is from my android app which I took a couple of months and expected to see on my iphone as well:
