Hello @Shirin99, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

This seems like a very odd situation, when did you start experiencing this situation? Which tracker are you currently using? Do the steps normalize after syncing your tracker?

In this particular situation, I would like to suggest restarting your Fitbit tracker, then syncing it. If the steps are not updating correctly, please go to your online Dashboard and check if the steps are correct there. If they are, it's possible the app is not syncing correctly with our servers, in which case I would recommend the following:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button of your phone, then swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

This should help the app refresh the information displayed.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
