Step streak inaccurate

My Fitbit claims I’ve hit my step goal 20 days in a row but it’s really 24. I know it’s not much. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Thanks for your reports, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. To prevent any confusion, I'm going to close this thread. However, if you're having this issue with the step streak resetting to zero, I'd recommend checking this thread which is being monitored by our team.

Once again, I appreciate your feedback and feel free to start a new thread in the Help Forums if you have a different question. I'm sure you'll receive help from the Community.

Thanks for the information provided.

If you haven't done it already, please try the following:

- Log out from the Fitbit app
Restart your Fitbit device and reboot your phone .
- Log back into the Fitbit app

Whether you continue experiencing the same problem, you can set up your Fitbit as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

At the moment, there is no option to edit or modify the step streak. If there is any update about this topic it should be communicated as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.

I have the exact issue with the FitBit app dropping my daily step streak!

 

I had walked 78 days in a row and got up to find my daily step streak was now showing only

4 days!!

 

I use this visionary as an incentive to encourage me to keep going every day. 
When I got up and saw my streak had dropped to basically nothing, after all my hard work, I felt deflated and very upset to say the least.

I have the same problem. My app says a 7 day streak when it should be 24. Fitbit please get this fixed as a big part of using a Fitbit is for motivation and an accurate step streak is a big motivator.

Since we’ve not heard a FitBit Moderator respond to this matter since December of ‘21, it seems to not be much of a concern to find a fix for this issue.
