Step streak is inaccurate

Hi! I’ve had a step streak for over two months but about a week ago it randomly stopped counting and now it’s restarted completely. Is there any way to correct this?

I was up to almost 150 days straight of my step streak, and it reset 5 days ago.  This step streak is a big motivator for me - I hope it can updated!

I was thinking it had something to do with an IOS update that I did this week.  But I sure would like to get it back.  My previous 100+ day streak is more motivating than a 5 day streak

Same here. I was up to about 165. Now it says I’m only on a 14 day streak. It’s definitely a glitch as the details in the steps menu show that I’ve been on the streak since 11/20/2020. It was motivating to put a long streak together and keep it up, but now that it’s glitched, it’s more frustrating than anything. Fitbit: fix this!!!
