Step streak is two days off

Since October 5th, 2021 I have walked at least 10,000 steps and the daily tracker has be3n off by two days.  Today would be day 230 but it shows day 228.  I have tried to get Fitbit support to help but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks
