Are you syncing the tracker? If so, do they show up on your dashboard on the website?

I am having the same problem. My fitbit would not sync so I deleted it from my phone and now it is not showing my steps on the phone app. I checked my online dashboard and the steps are not there either. Help please.

Hello @Wcujenny and @Wcujenny, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Wcujenny, tell me, are you not able to see the step tile in the app Dashboard or is the step tile showing 0 steps? If it's the latter, please note that the issue affecting the Android version of the app it's not affecing the iOS version of it and if you're only seeing 0 steps, go to the online Dashboard to see if your steps are showing there. If they do, please try the following:

  • Force-quit the app and open it again, if the steps are not updating:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Now, if the tile is missing, when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

  1. Your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  2. The tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible: To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

In your case @lady.adidas, as you have removed the Fitbit device from your account, that's the reason the step tile is not showing up in the app or online Dashboards.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

Hello @Sharon_Henley thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this to us. At this moment, I would like to ask you to tap on the Account button in the app and check if your Blaze is underneath your name. If it's not, that means your Blaze was removed from your account. Please set up your Blaze again for the tile to appear in the Dashboard.

Please note that this board is dedicated to iOS so in case you need anything else, please check our Android Board

Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.
