Step tile not showing in the Dashboard.

iPhone dashboard suddenly stopped showing steps and shows calories burned instead. Want my steps back!!

If the step tile is not showing in the Dashboard, please make sure your tracker hasn't been removed from your account by tapping on the Account tab. If your tracker is not showing, that's the reason the step tile is missing. Please add your tracker as a new device, once set up the tile will show again. 

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Hello, as of about an hour ago, I am missing all of my 'useful' tiles -- steps, floors, kilometers walked, etc. The only tiles remaining are the ones I don't actually use -- weight, water, food, excercise.

 

I have checked the 'edit' function and looked for 'hidden' tiles. There are none. I've restarted the app, restarted my phone (iPhone 6s), deleted and re-downloaded the app, etc. I've also compared my app with my wife's, and all of her tiles are there. When I check for the same tiles in my app, they are nowhere to be found. 

 

Please help!

Have you checked in the Fitbit app under Account if your tracker is currently showing listed here? If not, that's the reason why the tiles are not showing. Please try to set up your tracker as a new device if that's the case. 

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

If after setting up your tracker as a new device the tiles are still missing, please reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the Dashboard and the Account tab.
