I have a Charge 2, and I can see the number of steps on it, but when I sync with the app, I can't see my daily step total in the app, only the active minutes/calories burned.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the app, you can click "Edit" to see if the tile was hidden. Other than that, I would also suggest checking to make sure your tracker is still linked to the account or somehow got disconnected.

I’ve only got calories under the edit button. And even the the calories aren’t showing properly. Any ideas?

Same here, just opened the app for the first time today. Noticed my dashboard on the site isn't updated either.

What's up FitBit?

Same. My app was working fine 20  minutes ago and then poof, it went wonky. Online dashboard isn't showing steps, either. sigh

Same here. Two hours ago it was occasionally glitching. As if an hour ago, it is only showing calorie burn. I have tried editing the tiles, but nothing is changing. I have deleted & reloaded the app and turned my phone on and off.

Does everyone having the problem have the updated dashboard? I do and I had the same issue. I went down to edit and only had the calories as a choice. I then hit hide all and then unhide them and they all popped back up. Also with the new dashboard I have issues making challenges. always says im at my limit even though ive been making the same challenges for over a year everday.

I'm having exactly the same problem, calories has replaced steps for no apparent reason and I can't correct it.

As soon as I'd posted here I was able to add steps etc. back to the display, though I still don't know how they disappeared in the first place as my software hasn't updated since July 12th

I just was able to add them back, too, just now. For anyone who hasn't yet, you go to today, click edit, you should be able to click the button beside steps and have them repopulate.
