Steps Not syncing

Last week I lost 2 days of steps after syncing with app.  I thought this was a one time glitch that had happened. Today when I tried to sync steps and join a challenge my step count is at zero. What is going on and why have there been some many issues recently ???

Are you able to see the step count on the display of your tracker before syncing with the app? Do they still show on the tracker after syncing? If so, it's possible that the servers are taking a bit longer to update the information you just recently synced. Please try logging out of the app, restarting your phone and logging back in, this should refresh the information shown.
