Steps and Heart Rate not logging

For the past week or so, my Fitbit Inspire 3 hasn't been logging my heart rate or my steps. I know that it's keeping track of my heart rate and my steps daily because I can see them in the app when I open the app, but they're not saving to my history so once the day is over, all the data is gone. I had 13000+ steps yesterday at the end of the night, but when I go into the app today to look at my steps for the week, it only shows my steps for today.

Thank you for providing the details regarding your Inspire 3. 

Please, confirm that you are using both, the latest version of the Fitbit app and the device.

In addition, perform the following troubleshooting steps listed below:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
