After the most recent iOS app update my steps and active time decrease when I log them as exercise. This didn’t use to happen. In fact if I walked for 20 minutes or more it used to count my steps, count my time and count to my goal exercise number. Please fix. I like seeing my goals met visually even if I know it’s true.
on another note- I miss the colored confetti when I met my goals. Current color change with sort of confetti is ok. But I like older version better as it felt more fun and celebratory
thanks for great product and app. Hope bug is fixed in next release.
have a great day!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kjett. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your steps and active time decrease when you log them as exercise after the iOS update. Thank you for providing the additional details, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to assist you. Our team is always working on our products and services, and your comments are always welcome. If you're logging your activity manually, the manually logged activities override your device's data. You can see a decrease in active minutes or steps after logging an activity, which can occur if what your tracker recorded was more intense than what you logged.
Thank you for your feedback about the goal celebration. To share additional feedback or if you want to see features to be improved, feel free to visit our Feature suggestion board. Here our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
I hope you continue enjoying the Fitbit experience and working on your goals.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
