Hi,
my fitbit today didn’t log any steps between like 7am and 8pm, in the stepsection, even though the total count was correct. So it would say 18,000 steps - but then going into the steps section there were only steps logged for before 07am and after 8pm. This also reflected in the calories which were a lot lower than they should’ve been. How can this be fixed?

Hi @Lauravs. It's nice to see a new member around.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for sharing that your steps show correct on the home's screen. Since the Fitbit app Fitbit app isn't showing your steps correctly after syncing, I'd recommend to try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your Fitbit device.
- Open the Fitbit app and log in to your account.
- Sync your Fitbit device and check your steps one more time.
