Is it just the steps that are missing? Are the calories and distance being tracked ok?

Are the steps missing on the fitbit, the app, or both?

What fitbit do you have?

I have a charge 1, as I walk steps do not change later amounts go up, but I do not believe they are accurate.
I don't know about the other metrics

Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's great to see you too @SteveHSmiley Happy

If your tracker is not registering steps, please restart it. If you still notice the steps are not accurate, let's try performing an accuracy test:

1. Put your tracker on your wrist and count how many steps you have
2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.
3. Pause, then check your tracker to see your step count.

If you see a significant difference, between the steps you counted and the steps shown on the display of your tracker, please let me know so I can check this further.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome! Smiley Wink
