Steps aren't displaying on the Fitbit app (iOS)

I took off my watch to charge it and when I came back to it, it was completely frozen. Luckily, I was able to reset it and now it works but now the steps tracker on the Fitbit app has completely disappeared! I've tried logging off and back on, closed the app and opened it again a few minutes later, and completely restarting my phone but it's still not there.

@Hcorr  Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to describe the situation you are experiencing with your watch and the Fitbit app. I'm glad you were able to restart it to fix the frozen display. Also, thanks for trying those steps to get the step tile back on the dashboard.

 

Regarding the step tile you no longer see; I believe it must be hidden for some reason. Do not worry, you can get it back by following the next steps: 

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click Edit at the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. To hide tiles, tap the x or -  icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to hide.
  3. To show hidden tiles, tap or click the + icon in the top left corner of the tile you want to show.
  4. To rearrange tiles, hold and drag the tile to a new location.
  5. Tap or click Done.

Please note that you must have iOS 10 or greater installed on your iPhone or iPad to edit your dashboard.
