Hi there, my son deleted the Steps Counter off of my Apple iPhone dashboard.
I have tried every type of way to troubleshoot this issue and am running into serious problems.
I tried to use the Edit feature in the upper left hand side of the dashboard, but it did not give me the option to restore hidden tiles.
So I reinstalled the app and now I cannot get the fitbit to pair with my phone. I have tried it on both my phone and my husband's phone. I have turned the phones on and off. I have turned bluetooth on and off, I have reset the fitbit. I have plugged the fitbit in for charging. I have literally tried every single idea. I now also notice that the fitbit dashboard online does not include a step counter. It seems that the step counter tile is gone and now I am unable to pair or sync.
Someone please help!!!!
