Last night I went out for a walk and right after the new steps synced, they disappeared. My starting count was 740, after it synced with the new app I I saw that I had over 2000, but then it jumped back to 740, both on my Fitbit and the app. I’ve never had this happen before. This is a brand new Inspire 2, and it was my first time wearing it. My app was updated today, (which I’m very unhappy about btw) so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it. The fact that they just disappeared is extremely frustrating.
i have an IPhone SE, and it is running on the current OS. What happened and was this by any chance connected to the app update?
