Steps at end of day keep deleting. I have restarted app and also tried reloging in. Nothing helps. I am 3000 less than what I did for the day

In the last 2 days my fitbit flex hasn't been recording all of my steps...... but they aren't deleting, they just aren't recording

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. @Jadrian1, I appreciate you have already tried some troubleshooting steps. Tell me, which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it yet? When did this issue started? How often do you sync your tracker? Please reply to me with this information so I can check this issue further.
@dang_it, at this moment I would like to ask you to restart your Flex, then check if your trackers is counting your steps by syncing with the Fitbit app at least 2 times per day. Give it a try and let me know the outcome!

I have a flex2. I have restarted it and it didn’t seem to help. I noticed it everyday for the past 3 days. I usually sync it in the morning and then again at the end of the evening since the Bluetooth was draining my battery on my phone

I have the same issues as well and it irrates me. It's doing well before the recent update :/.
i emailed the customer support and it's still the same.
