Steps not being accurately updated

I have noticed since Wednesday that my dashboard will show my steps but noticed the section for 250 or more steps an hour show nothing. When I go into steps a couple of layers instead of showing 7,485 for steps it shows 1,107 & same thing for yesterday where steps on dashboard were 5,805 and when I went deeper into steps it shows maybe 850. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? I have this installed on Apple 7s

Hello @MBBTolland, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

Since when have you experienced this issue? Have you restarted your tracker and your phone lately? Which OS version is your phone currently running?

At this moment and if you have already restarted your phone and your tracker, please go to your online Dashboard and check if your steps and all of your data is showing correctly here. If it is, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the Fitbit app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
