Welcome to the Fitbit Community @AlvinMartin Smiley Very Happy! Do you have a Fitbit tracker or you use Mobile Run?

Do you mind double checking that you're running the latest version of your Fitbit app?

Catch you later!

I too am having the same issue. I believe the steps stop counting once I traded the Iphone 6 for the Iphone 6s. I am running Version 2.21.1 (488) on the iphone 6s. The steps used to count, now they don't. The steps are counting properly in the Health App by Apple. Please help.

I am only using the Fitbit app on the iphone to count the steps. No tracker or device other than the phone.

Also looking for a fix for this, Apple health shows correct steps from a 3rd party tracker, but Fitbit app is only showing steps counted by my phone, which I don't carry with me. Changed source settings in Apple health and still having same issues

I'm using version 2.21.2 (488). I am just wanting to use the phone itself, not any other devices.
