Steps not showing -Flex2

My new Flex 2 has been a nightmare.   I cannot get it work on both iPad and IPhone 7 at the same time as my original Flex did, but now my steps are not showing.  I've deleted and reloaded several times and steps show for a day or two but then disappear.  Even more frustrating, if i try to edit and add the step counter, it's not there to add 😞

@KymR  The trackers can only sync to one device at a time.  (Not simultaneously). If you have it bonded/paired to your Iphone, you'll have to turn off blue tooth on it to then sync to your iPad.  (And vice versa)

Hello @KymR, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Community! Smiley Happy

I noticed @Kmransom123 provided some great tips so your tracker can sync with both your iPad and iPhone. Adding to the information she gave you, if you're not able to see the step tile on your Dashboard, please scroll down while in the app and tap on the Edit button. Any hidden tile will appear and you will be able to add the step tile. However, if you're not able to see it, please tap on the Account tab and check if your tracker is on the list of devices. If you're not able to see it, that means the tracker is not currently paired to your account, which will explain why the step tile is not showing.

In order to set up your tracker:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. If the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
