Hi, @Calicosandie , on your dashboard click "Edit" on the top left. On the edit screen make sure there is a check/ tick mark next to the steps icon, then click "Done". Hopefully that will work!

So glad that's got you back up and running -- or at least stepping!

I have the same problem, however, when I tap "edit" the step counter is not there at all - so I can't tap a circle. I have tried logging out and logging back in and have updated the app as suggested in another post. Any other ideas?
Thanks

My number of steps disappeared also and I don't have an "edit" button. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks!

@Tmspazz If you are still experiencing trouble, I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process mentioned here.
Keep me posted if there's anything else that I can do to help and welcome to the Fitbit Community!

@Tmspazz - you may want to check in the App Store to see if the Fitbit app needs an update.
