Hi @VansHoll. Good to see you in the Community!
It's strange that your tracker is not syncing your walks to your account. Is it syncing everything else as steps, distance, calories burned, etc.?
I'd recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until your tracker turns off and comes back on and then try to sync your tracker again and see how it goes.

This sounds like a known issue that our team is currently working on fixing. Click here for more information.
Whatever you do, please do not uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit App. There is the potential of losing any unsynced data whenever you uninstall the App.
Updates about this issue will be posted in the thread that I hyperlinked above as they come in.
