Steps not showing up after syncing.

I wear my fit bit Alta every day average between eight and 10,000 steps a day and last week it only registered two days on dashboard not all seven

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention, I'll be happy to help. Tell me, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, I would like to ask you to check your online Dashboard and make sure your steps are showing here. If they are, it's possible the app is not updating the information already stored in our servers correctly, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
