Steps not syncing to challenges

For 2 weeks my steps and challenges have been out of sync???  I'm not doing any manual additions.  Gelp

When you sync your tracker, are you able to see the steps added to your step count? If so, it's possible the information on the app is not updating correctly. Please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Log back in.
  4. Sync your tracker and check if the steps get added to your step count and your current challenge.
