I'd recommend: restarting your tracker, rebooting your iOS device, turning your iOS Bluetooth off for 10 seconds in your settings, turn your iOS Bluetooth back on, and then open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help, but if for some reason this doesn't, I'd then recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.

I am able to sync my Fitbit to my phone by turning my Bluetooth off which doesn't seem to make much sense, however whenever I click onto the app on my phone it says there is an update available but this only ever gets half way.
I am also unable to connect my Fitbit to my laptop, which makes me question if my dongle is working.
Any ideas?
