Hi, have my Fitbit only 3 months...
Really not impressed with all the IT issues to date. I have tried everything but it will not sync for. Week now! Nor will it update the new version!! No good , have had to go back to old watch !

Hi @Danni1970,
I'd recommend making sure that your tracker is using the most current version of firmware. Click here for instructions on how to firmware update.
This should help you out, but keep me posted either way!

Hi , thanks for tips & advice to re-sync & update but u fortunately after following all the guidelines it has not worked. My Fitbit refuses to update & therefore will not sync. Update says error server, but my phone is fine & up to date & all other apps fine. Will need to get in touch with customer service....
