Hi- My Charge 5 was dead for quite a while as I kept forgetting to charge it. I charged it and synced it. On days I know it was not in use and wouldn’t even turn on, the app is showing steps for that day. It isn’t just one day either, it is the past few weeks. Anyone have this issue?
Mobile Track is not on.
