@Mymurphdog Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's weird that your stats' tiles don't appear on your app even though you have restarting your phone. I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version. If so, try logging out of the app, turn off and turn on your phone one more time. Once this has been done, reopen the app and verify if the tiles appear.
