Food disappears, restart app, add again, doubles up?

Here's the problem:

 

  1. I add a food.
  2. It does not show up on the list.
  3. I close app.
  4. I reopen app.
  5. Food is still not on the list.
  6. I re-add the same food.
  7. The food shows up twice on the list.
  8. I have to manually delete one.

 

Anyone have this problem?  If so, what's the fix?

@step2it It's great to see you in the Community! It's weird that your food logs are not showing on your app even though you have tried the workaround that is recommended for this. I recommend verifying if your phone has the most recent Fitbit app installed. If so, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further for you.

What is the workaround? I have the newest version of the app.

@step2it The workaround is the what you did in step 3 and 4 of your previous post. Which is closing the app and reopening it again. You can also try logging out of the app, turning off your phone and turning it back on. After this, open the app and verify if the food logs appear. If not, then my best advice is to contact Support as mentioned previously.
