Steps/time not showing /being deleted on new dashboard

I upgraded my iPhone 6s to the new dashboard. It's now not taking my minutes of activity. AND it's not recording my steps. I can see them during the day but not on the weekly screen and it's not adding to my totals. I have challenges with my friends to help motivate and it's hard when the numbers are wrong or not being recorded.

HELP!

Welcome to the Community @DebiCarpadus and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by! Woman Happy I would like to know if you keep having problems with the information that your tracker is registering? If you are, I recommend doing a force sync from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.

After these steps your information should update and you will be able to see it.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Wink
