Steps tracker with mobileTrack disappear after syncing my Alta.

I don't wear my Alta at work as I work in a dusty physical environment. I use the tracker on my iPhone . When I sync the Alta to my phone it wiped the phone steps and put on my watch steps. It went from 6456 steps to 530 steps . WHY?

Hello @Dxman, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

Do you sync MobileTrack before syncing your Alta? If not, that might be why your steps are being overwritten by the information in the Alta. Please make sure MobileTrack syncs before syncing with any tracker, that way the steps synced will get stored in our servers and will display in the tracker after syncing it.

I hope this can be helpful, please give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
