Why has nothing been done to fix the issue where the Fit Bit Versa 2 does not receive messages!! Fix it! Send and update and make it so I do not feel like I wasted money AGAIN!

Same here! I’ve tried everything they’ve suggested and still NOTHING!!! Says I have a firmware update, I tried that and it starts then I get a red x with a circle around it. What the hell is going on?? I’m about to get rid of my versa.
