Both myself and my husband updated the app last night. Now the app tells you your steps, heart rate etc but says at the top sync failed to refresh

I’ve been having this same issue for weeks now! It’ll either just saying “syncing and refreshing” and then never does or it says my Bluetooth isn’t on. Getting fed up of this now! It hasn’t synced my sleep, heart rate or steps for ages

Ok so I’ve tried deleting the app itself and reinstalling and it seems to be syncing. We shall see if it manages to track my sleep tonight
